Now the business has developed into a fully integrated operation involved in growing, processing and marketing vegetables for food manufacturing in the UK and through Europe, handling over 80,000 tonnes of products annually…and that’s a lot of happy veg!
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to source a key individual as Administration Manager to join their busy team.
Main Element of the role: Running the booking and tracking of incoming raw material coming into the Industrial Bulk side of the business.
This can be a complex role as it involves the ongoing organizing of all transport incoming and outgoing for this busy area of the business. In addition you need to be discussing and accepting orders with key customers all across the UK so will involve an element of customer management as well. And to make sure all orders are being created and met successfully, you will be organising field loadings with the teams veg lifting crews as well as other external team growers.
To that end you will assist in running stocks and producing yield figures from the whole head veg packhouse for the rest of the team.
The role would suit a graduate “type” who has been in the food sector for a couple of years and is now looking to develop themselves further or an individual who has been undertaking a similar role and wishes to be aligned to a very progressive business.
