Due to continued success our client is now recruiting a Finance Director for this extremely progressive business. This is a highly influential role supporting the Managing Director and taking ownership for the Finance function but will also be involved with much of the day to day running of the business alongside the MD.
The ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified ideally with extensive Agri/food/fresh sector experience. You will have strong accounting skills, from technical accounting through to manufacturing cost accounting. Confident and credible you will display gravitas and be keen to get involved in developing the overall strategy for the business. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will have demonstrable experience in working with operations and developing cost saving initiatives.
Experience of using 1C would be a significant advantage. Previous work experience in CIS countries is essential along with verbal and written fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian.
