Head of HR
Our client is one of the UK’s Fresh Produce success stories and is busy building a ‘brand’ across its group of companies in the UK and overseas. As the Head of HR of the one of the fastest growing business units within the group, you will join a company with a strong leadership demonstrating a passion for its employees and customers. This company has a huge emphasis on delivering high standards, innovative services and working in partnership with customers.
They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who will be in a highly visible, strategic and operational role within the organisation. This is not a HR position where you will be re-acting to day to day issues but one where you will instrumental in ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of commercial and operational strategies developed with the Group HR Director.
Working closely with key stakeholders to improve business performance and achieve commercial goals, you will need to challenge embedded attitudes and ways of working in order to drive the change that is needed to be implemented by the company in order to stay competitive and innovative in its market. This means that you will have the scope to be creative with your ideas and solutions and also have the remit to drive these through into the business. Key areas will be performance management, talent management, changing working practices, cultures and changing stakeholders’ behaviours.
We are looking for an experienced CIPD qualified HR professional who will have at least 3 years operating at this level.
