The Head of Innovation and Product Development will drive and accelerate market leadership through the development and rapid launch of industry leading products and services. They will generate a stream of ideas derived from expert in-house and external field knowledge coupled with a thorough awareness of existing leading designs. They will lead the product Management, Design and Engineering & Technical services groups to ensure that from concept to final construction, people and process are harmonised for efficiency, impact and performance.

You must be a natural leader with an ability to “get things done.” Strong communication skills are required to ensure successful project management across the design and engineering divisions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive protected crop growing experience within soft fruit or protected salads at Growing Manager/Growing Operations Manager level.
