To assist the next stage of their planned growth, they are looking to gain the services of a Head of Sales. As the title suggests, they are looking for this individual to be a significant influencer in creating high value commercial relationships, deploying their teams to maximum effect within their customer base and to attract new customers as well . As such, you will need to understand the philosophy of the business (as it is entirely different to anything you may have encountered before) and look to “sell” the concept and commercial relationship to those interested parties as well as nurturing and invigorating all of your teams to create high value growth . You will be hugely well connected in the Agri-Business sectors, a fantastic communicator and most import of all, have the ambition to create something that is totally unique and totally ground breaking in the ever changing world of Agri-Business.
