As defined by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) – “Succession planning focuses on identifying and growing talent to fill leadership and business-critical positions in the future. In the face of skills shortages, succession planning has gained popularity, and is now carried out in both large and smaller organisations.”
Unfortunately not many companies in the Agri-Business or Fresh Food sectors have the time, energy or the strategic desire to plan for a business requirement that may seem a long way off. Redfox is aligned to a select number of businesses in the Ag and Fresh Food Sectors in the UK and Internationally who do want to plan for full succession with the full knowledge and agreement of all of their Board’s.
As such we are looking for individuals across all the main working disciplines who are looking for a next positive step in a year-18mths time.
