Our client has enjoyed a phenomenal and ongoing growth rate which has averaged out on a double digit basis for the last 5 years in a really interesting and passionate sector of fresh foods. They are continuing to scale up and need to find the best of the best talent out there to assist their growth. But…they are not the best in finding people as they are a little bit busy/inexperienced in the whole world of social and standard talent attraction. And that is why they need to find YOU!
As their Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be managing various roles across the different teams – so the ability to manage multiple briefs/spin the proverbial plates at speed is really key. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential employees/future colleagues, so it is of paramount importance that you are able to engage and build relationships with all types of people right from the get go be that on-line, on the phone or/and face to face.
From day one you’ll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle, to include all admin, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuck in. In fact…actually…you need to build this from the ground up and you will have the commercial freedom to do this all. So this will either frighten the beejeebies out of you or really excite you to implement and then grow it all successfully for this driven business.
The client has put a lot of time into their hiring criteria and take pride in identifying the best talent to join their UK and International teams. You’ll be encouraged to take a completely innovative approach to sourcing new talent and building brand awareness through multiple channels – e.g. social media, networking and events.
They and we are open-minded about your experience level – though we’d be especially keen on anyone who has experience introducing new recruitment processes around the whole on-line element for such a growing company.
So What’s the Actual Job?
You will build the clients talent pipeline initially for the UK and then if proven for their International businesses as well, supporting a strategic approach to direct recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
This role will work closely with the UK HR Director and other Board members to help research, identify, source and interview potential candidates for the businesses
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to working in an in-house role with senior leaders, across multiple teams in the UK and Europe and further afield. And the sector is real! It is fresh beautiful fresh produce that is sourced globally for key market leading retailers.
- We would love to see experience within a fast-paced recruitment role, potentially within a recruitment agency
- Adept with using LinkedIn and other forms of social media to find top-notch candidates
- A proven track record of finding passive talent for hard-to-fill roles
- Superior interpersonal, relationship and rapport-building skills
- Prior experience sourcing for Commercial positions
- A skilled interviewer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions
