Our client exclusively commissioned Redfox, following an industry recommendation, to source a General Manager for their thriving niche agricultural supply business that has over 300 suppliers and a large multinational as their dedicated end customers. The client had been searching themselves but could not find the personal character and strategic awareness of individual in the market to take the reins and to drive the business forward to its next growth stage.
