Redfox has been asked to work with a partner business in Africa that is looking to establish a significant beef operation in East Africa whilst also driving commercial growth across the region. This is not a standard role. The business is looking for key individuals with strong beef sector experience across all disciplines who can help build and develop the operation on the ground whilst also assisting commercially as the business expands.
For the right people, this could genuinely be the opportunity of a lifetime.
You will need:
- strong beef sector experience
- commercial or operational or technical awareness
- resilience and adaptability
- a hands-on mindset
- and importantly, the ability to operate in a developing and fast-moving environment
East Africa is a hugely exciting region with enormous long-term agricultural potential and this role offers the chance to become part of something being built at scale from the ground up.
