Our client is renowned for importing, growing and packing fresh produce from global partners and their own production in the UK and Europe. They enjoy a great rapport with external growers and major retail customers. They are now seeking a Compliance Co-Ordinator to join their highly motivated team in Kent and to continue to deliver exceptional products to their customers.
You will help assist the Technical leadership team to ensure at all times product safety, quality and legality. You will lead due diligence compliance administration for due diligence platforms. Complete all administrative tasks daily to maintain compliance.
You will help to collate, monitor and maintain accurate due diligence records for all sources prior to and in supply. This may include, but not exclusive to Global Gap, TN11, PPPL, SEDEX, SMETA and Organic certification. Complete and update any customer approval documentation accurately share with Technical managers to send to customers where required.
You will need to have an appreciation for food safety expected by the UK retailers. Ideally you should have 1-2 years post-graduate experience of working in a similar administration role, but if you are a recent food science, technology, agronomy, environmental, geography or human rights graduate we want to hear from you!
