The apps are produced by technical specialists and driven by user feedback, with simplicity and solution at the forefront of their development philosophy.
The software aids people in the rural community with vehicle and machinery compliance. Since its release, the app has been hugely successful and created a valuable client base. The App has its roots in conservation and nature. It has the ability to map and track areas, sightings and species and has links to DEFRA.
Due to continued success, they are now looking for an individual to to lead support for the Apps and help to engage a wider audience. There will also be the opportunity to triangulate business with the other products, in the wider business.
As a Customer Services Associate you need to have daily contact with clients, troubleshooting of their issues, reporting bugs to the development team and problem-solving to work out issues faced by clients. Another element is contacting potential clients that would benefit from the app and following through to build a relationship with this client. A crucial part of the job role will be regular zoom demonstrations and site visits to support the user with the technical support of the app. Part of the role will be development of the app, ensuring new features are scoped from client feedback and push development to ensure effective and quality of the product being produced. There will also be the opportunity to regularly go on to site with clients to help them set up and utilise the apps to ensure they are getting full functionality from the system.
You will work as part of their dynamic team, with a mixture of hybrid office time in the Thetford and Swaffham offices, home working and travelling nationwide to visit clients on estates, to demonstrate how the app is used in real life scenarios, as well as support that client so they get the best out of the app. Support is a crucial factor of the job, whether this be over the phone or on email, client support is essential to development and scoping of the app as well as opportunities arising in the future.
