Farm Management Business Consultants required for a leading Consultancy Business
Excellent Salary & Benefits Package
Location: Eastern Regions of the UK
Our client is a leading Agricultural Management Consultancy business, based in the Eastern Regions and serving the whole of the UK. They are unique as they offer a truly confidential and personal service tailored to the aims and objectives of their client portfolio. They are focused on providing effective and impartial agricultural business advice and remain resolute in the expertise they give to progress their clients businesses. In comparison to similar consultancies in their sector, they are unique because of their renowned financial expertise combined with a complete farm management understanding, which includes practical financial and policy expertise of all sectors including combinable crops, sugar beet, fresh produce, fruit and livestock.
Growth within the firm has meant that they are now looking to recruit a select number of Farm Management Business Consultants to fulfil their ongoing expansion plans. The successful candidates will be joining an established and highly respected team with a career progression second to none.
For the roles in question, on a day to day basis you will be involved in a mixture of management and professional work for mainly private clients. This will involve extensive communication with external parties, the clients themselves as well as working with the key strengths of the existing company team. Included in all of this will be the desire to develop new high quality business as well as professionally managing the existing client base on-going.
The right candidate will ideally have previous experience in Farm Management consultancy, agricultural/food accountancy or you may be just keen to “break” into this sector. Working knowledge of the agriculture/environmental/financial sectors (work placements as part of a degree would be beneficial) and rural land use would be very useful. A “leaning” towards the financial elements of business planning/consultancy would be looked on highly favourably. As you would expect, you will need to have a driving licence as regular travel to rural areas.
These roles offer the successful candidate a large amount of career progression and there is a huge potential to grow within the business and really further your career. This cannot be underestimated. This is an excellent role for individuals looking to move up the career ladder with a market leading agricultural consultancy business.
If you are more senior in a similar role but would like to explore this opportunity further, we would be very keen to hear from you as well as opportunities could be created for you within this leading business.
