Responsibilities: As the Harvest Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful harvest and delivery of our fresh produce. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the harvest, from planting schedules to picking and packing operations.
- Managing a team of dedicated harvest workers, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure efficiency and productivity.
