As the Head of Farms, you will play a pivotal role in managing their agricultural portfolio and maximising the potential of their farming investments. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of their ventures, enabling them to make a significant impact in the agricultural sector. Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for their current and future agricultural holdings, aligning them with their overall investment objectives. Identify growth opportunities, optimise resource allocation, and establish performance metrics to drive profitability.
