As they expand their focus to include the agribusiness and fresh food sectors on a UK and an international perspective, they are seeking a dynamic M&A professional to join their team as a Director. In this role, you will spearhead their efforts to drive strategic transactions, leveraging your extensive experience and network within these specialised sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions in the agribusiness and fresh food sectors, from origination to closing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including executives, investors, and advisors.
Provide strategic guidance and financial expertise to clients, helping them navigate complex deal structures and optimize outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive advisory services, including financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully completing M&A transactions in the agribusiness and fresh food sectors or similar,
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
