Our client is a highly successful family business producing glasshouse crops for retailers within Ireland. Their success and business acumen has made them a highly respected supplier and employer within their sector and they now seek an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Manager. You will be living and working south of the vibrant city of Dublin, with the stunning seaside villages and Irish countryside only a stone’s throw in any direction.
In this role you will take full responsibility for all Technical requirements of their highly successful and innovation business. Ensuring that all products grown and supplied to customers meet quality, safety and legal requirements within commercial and operational constraints. You will have full day-to-day management of the customer technical relationships. You will support/coach/train colleagues within the operations team to uphold necessary standards as required.
