The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team to develop and assist us to take forward our recruitment strategy. This involves working closely with our small and expert team to meet the needs of our UK and international client bank by creating effective recruitment strategies, sourcing exceptional talent from a range of databases. You will also help support the recruitment consultants with interview scheduling, database maintenance and CV formatting.
You will be highly IT literate, confident using databases, excellent attention to detail, hands on, innovative and creative as well as being pro-active who is driven to deliver against our milestones and targets.
You will enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have confidence in being able to manage those relationships and drive the various projects you will be running forward and with successful conclusions.
What is key is your ability to manage the candidate and client journey in giving us an edge in our sectors of the recruitment market.

You could already be in recruitment or an associated service sector role. You might also be in the front line in an Agri-Food/Fresh Food sector in an admin/resourcing type role and want a change of perception and direction but stay in a sector you love. Or you could be looking for something totally different post a lifestyle or family change and wish to be positively challenged in a unique manner.
