Senior Commercial Manager wanted for leading Horticulture business

This progressive business now needs a very capable senior individual that will take full responsibility for commercially managing & developing relationships accordingly with the client. You will consider all options to give a point of difference through “smart” NPD. You will also need to proactively develop new business. You will take the lead in developing commercial strategy, in line with overall business strategy and vision and lead their transformation to a customer centric way of working.
You will support customer account managers with the development of commercial offers, promotions, and seasonal offers to achieve margin targets. Developing people will come naturally to you through to coaching and sharing of experience and knowledge.

Proven retail experience is essential for this role. Softer skills such as friendliness, a “can do” approach and the ability to communicate at all levels are as important for this role as your qualifications.
