Redfox and Beanstalk.Global have been exclusively commissioned to promote a unique development opportunity in the medicinal cannabis sectors. Our clients criteria has been primarily based on finding a discrete site that could operate a low-carbon energy model based on mains electricity and back-up gas. With bandwidth at a premium for our client due to other international investments, it has been decided by their Board to investigate selling the UK facility as a development opportunity.
The site is a total size of circa 40,000m2 based on a discreet UK location with excellent vehicle access. The site is fully bio-security designed with GMP configured support building, irrigation/plant rooms and storage; with additional space for expansion to incorporate additional process (subject to Planning Permission). Included will be on-site car parking, on-site reservoir, reed bed (to control surface runoff), borehole licence, low-carbon energy model (heat Pumps and back-up boilers) drawn from the mains network and security infrastructure with discrete fencing and technology to be deployed.
