- Use data-driven decision-making to optimise results
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in protected cropping / glasshouse production
- Strong people leadership skills
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
⚙️ Maintenance Manager
Keep our cutting-edge facility performing at its best.
You will:
- Manage all technical systems including climate control, irrigation, and automation
- Lead preventative and reactive maintenance programmes
- Ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency
- Oversee technical teams and external contractors
We’re looking for:
- Romanian Speaker
- Experience in industrial or high-tech agricultural environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
📦 Packhouse Manager
Deliver premium quality from plant to customer.
You will:
- Manage grading, packing, and dispatch operations
- Ensure quality standards and food safety compliance
- Optimise workflow, efficiency, and team performance
- Work closely with production and commercial teams
We’re looking for:
- Romanian Speaker
- Experience in fresh produce packhouse operations
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
